At this stage we do not have an automated 'buy now' system If you wish to make a purchase or want to enquire about something there are several ways to do it:

Once we have confirmed your order, availiability and the price including delivery charges by email or phone, your payment options are:
- Phone us with your visa card number, this is the quickest and one of the safest options. All of your personal information is strictly confidential.
- Direct credit the payment into our bank account (we can email or ring you with these details)
- or Send us a cheque - please make payable to Tuatara. As soon as the cheque clears we will send off your package.
- We offer a money back guarantee if you are not satisfied, and of course total replacement on faulty goods.
- Delivery time will vary but is usually between 3 and 10 days within New Zealand depending on availiability
- We will keep you informed if this will be longer.
- We are happy to send anywhere n the world. Ask us about freight charges and delivery times.
